Newburgh Creates began as two parallel organizations: Newburgh Creates Foundation, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that accepted donations and grants) and Newburgh Creates (a for-profit entity that acted as the delivery partner running programs day-to-day).
We have since consolidated. Today, Newburgh Creates Foundation, Inc. does business as Newburgh Creates and operates all programs, initiatives, and community work directly. Everything flows through the foundation — funding, programs, and people.
This structure means every dollar donated goes directly to the programs and youth we serve, with full nonprofit accountability and transparency.
Cost should never be a barrier. Scholarships and free enrollment are built into every program we run.
Young people learn best by making things. Every program puts real tools in students' hands from day one.
We're from Newburgh. Our programs are built for Newburgh — designed with local context in mind.
We collaborate with educators, artists, technologists, and businesses to amplify our impact.
Jason leads Newburgh Creates Foundation with a vision for what's possible when young people have space and support to invent.
Sam manages site logistics, instructor onboarding, and the day-to-day operations that keep Newburgh Creates running smoothly.
David keeps the organization running — managing partnerships, facilities, and organizational systems.
